Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Lift.

A lash lift uses shaping rods and a gentle lifting solution to curl lashes upward. The technician customizes the curl to your eye shape, sets the lift, and often adds tint for extra definition. The service typically takes about 45–60 minutes.

Most clients enjoy lifted lashes for six to eight weeks, which aligns with the natural lash growth cycle. Longevity varies by individual, aftercare, and use of oil-based products, which can shorten the effect.

Yes, many sensitive-eye and contact lens wearers tolerate lash lifts well. We perform a consultation, use gentle formulations, and recommend removing lenses before the service. Patch tests are available for clients with reactive skin or allergy concerns.

You can use mascara after the initial 24–48 hour aftercare period. Opt for lightweight, oil-free formulas and remove makeup gently. Excessive use of water-resistant mascaras or heavy products may reduce the lift's longevity.

Avoid water, steam, and eye makeup for 24–48 hours to allow the lift to set. Afterwards, use oil-free cleansers, avoid mechanical rubbing, and skip heavy mascaras to preserve the curl. Schedule touch-ups every six to eight weeks.

A lash lift is intended for natural lashes and is not recommended alongside extensions. Lash tinting, however, is commonly combined with a lift for added depth. We’ll recommend the best sequence during your consultation.
