Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Kismet Brow Refresh.

Kismet Brow Refresh does not chemically relax or restructure brow hairs. Instead, we use mapping, shaping, trimming and henna tinting for definition without the fluffy laminated effect, ideal for clients who want natural, sculpted brows.

Henna stains the skin for roughly one to two weeks and colors the hair for about four to six weeks depending on skin type and aftercare. Results vary by individual hair growth, skincare routine and sun exposure.

We use cosmetic henna formulated for brows, but we always recommend a 24–48 hour patch test to check sensitivity. Avoid black or para-phenylenediamine (PPD) products and notify us of allergies or recent chemical treatments.

Avoid exfoliating acids, retinol, and heavy facials 48–72 hours before treatment. After henna, keep brows dry and oil-free for 24 hours and avoid oil-based cleansers and intense sweating to maximize color longevity.

Yes. Many clients pair Brow Refresh with lash lifts, lash extensions or facials. Tell us when booking so we can schedule appropriately and allow proper timing between services for optimal results.

Ideal clients want clean, defined brows without the laminated fluff—those seeking fuller-looking shape, skin tinting and precise shaping. Not recommended for unhealed microblading or active skin infections; consult us if uncertain.
